Matrix P is a lyricist, writer and singer coming out of Belmont, NC. “Percy Miller” is an ode to the great Percy Miller, better known as, Master P and also Matrix lets us know how he is different from other rappers. He wants to attract attention to the Belmont music scene and with a track like this he definitely can.
